Deposits and Payment information

 

Deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE. Here is why:

 

When an order is placed for a new table, generally there are some up-front costs to start. This is especially apparent for custom fabrics, shufflers, charging ports, and bases. Although I stock many items in my shop, there are some that I must order specific to the table options that you have selected. If an order is cancelled after I have ordered these items, they are not returnable.

 

Prior to requiring a deposit for a table build, I had some customers that just never returned my call or text when it was time to pick up the table. This left me with a table to store and market, when I generally don't have the time or space to do either of these things. 

​

If you have any questions, make sure to contact me ASAP. I also understand that it is a little weird sending money to someone on the internet without anything but a promise in return. If you feel more comfortable setting up an in person meet and a tour of the shop prior to paying a deposit, I'm good with that - Let me know and we'll make arrangements. I do work a full-time day job, so the evenings and weekends are the best for me (including Sundays! Sundays work incredibly well with my schedule.)
